Sales in the property market are really underway now and I can report our offices are very busy dealing with strong demand from purchasers keen to buy.

The key problem is the ongoing shortage of property restricting choice. Property drives the market, and correctly priced and maintained properties, in sought after locations, attract buyers and sell quickly at values that have held up or have increased on last year. My message to anyone who is seriously considering a sale but might hold reservations about the strength of the market is to talk to us. Despite the general media message the market is busy and there is more confidence than the national media portrays.
