Quite simply we need more property to sell or let.

Our Lettings department recorded its best ever month in March and our six residential offices all reported strong sales results across a wide range of properties throughout our office areas.

Demand remains strong but this needs to be tempered with an accurate approach to pricing as the pacier conditions of last year have eased slightly.
