This is the last issue of the ‘Thistleblower’ for 2012. It has been a hugely successful marketing tool for Mackenzie Smith to promote our clients’ properties as well as our own brand.

We have made a considerable effort to embrace a digital marketing strategy that delivers fantastic coverage for our clients. Roxanne Lewington, who manages our marketing set up, will be joined by colleague Tara Skinner in the New Year to ensure that our clients benefit from all our marketing channels.

The connectivity and ability to reach as wide and relevant audience as possible will be further enhanced by our decision to incorporate Social Media into our marketing package. There is an ever changing choice of channels to utilise and recognising that digital will continue to innovate, we will ensure that the Company continues to research and assess the various options.

We have recently upgraded our clients' property brochures; this allows us to not only create a brochure online or in print, but also to quickly generate an editorial piece for the property to feature on the Blog, be include within the Thistleblower, released to local press and communicated to a wide network through social media, within minutes of a property coming to the market.
