Activity in the property market remains stable and demand continues but needs to be balanced by accurate asking prices. Our experience is that the market has steadied since the spring / early summer and buyers could be put off by over ambitious pricing. Invariably the price quoted is achieved provided it accurately reflects the true value of a property.
