More Buyers More Confidence

The launch of a number of New Homes sites at the weekend generated a very large number of enquiries some of which resulted in sales being agreed.

One notable factor that is becoming more evident is the more positive, confident approach displayed by purchasers. This is supported by better general economic news and a real belief that the economy is improving.

The sale of second hand property has improved as well; particularly sub £500,000 where demand is strong. Property sales above this level are slower and Vendors need to be careful with their pricing as demand from buyers – whilst still there – is more patchy and cautious.
