I think we can safely say that autumn is definitely here, whilst that does mean earlier nights and dimmer days, the market is buzzing with the fresh lease of life that the autumn often brings. Whilst September is always a great month for property sales, with the back-to-school routines back in play, October tends to be one of the busiest months of the year, with people eager to move, or at least secure a property or buyer before Christmas. Along with our sellers, we also have a host of new homes developments that are finishing up this side of the year, combining to create a great selection of properties for sale.
