The Thistleblower

Welcome to this week's edition of The Thistleblower.

This week's collection of articles is a bit of a mixed bag, which is probably an accurate reflection of the variety of properties we currently have on the market, and new homes that are in the pipeline.

With Wimbledon heating up, the summer holidays easing in and our Yateley office on the horizon, there's lots to celebrate. So we've collected a selection of lifestyle and property articles for you to sit back and enjoy this week.

A home full of history

This impressive home in Yateley, not only has a remarkable structure, but also a rather interesting history behind it. Originally owned by a prestigious landed gentry family, it has connections to Admiral Nelson and Sir Robert Fitzroy (Ship’s Captain on Charles Darwin’s Origin of Species voyage).
With six bedrooms, an array of reception rooms, various outhouses, stables and sprawling landscaped grounds, there is much to marvel at throughout this majestic home.
