December has arrived. This is normally the period when Agents try to convert theirs sales into exchange of contracts and completions as many sellers and buyers like to get this done for Christmas. This December won't be any different other than sales will continue to be agreed as buyers entering the market want to agree terms this side of the end of the year, recognising there will be more competition for property in the New Year.
