Welcome to the latest issue of the ‘Thistleblower’.

I can report that, although sellers may be anticipating the end of year, buyers are very much in evidence but face a lack of choice resulting in a busy sales period. At this time of year it’s natural for the market to operate this way but sellers who think that there might not be a buyer for their home are wrong!

I believe that buyers will remain in the market for opportunities right up until the Christmas break.
