Better News Underpinning Confidence

In my mind there is no doubt that there is more confidence from buyers than say this time a year ago. This is being driven by more upbeat news from a variety of media sources.

Everyone is still wearing their realistic hat; but even the most hard-nosed of us has to recognise that buyers have stepped up a gear in decision making.

A note of caution; values still need to be accurate and asking prices can't be too far off real values. Ultimately, the price will be decided on the amount of choice. The less there is the stronger the value and this will apply no matter how tough or good the market is.
