Thistleblower - November

The market has quietened down as we enter the final period of the year, but opportunities exist for sellers to take advantage, as there are quality purchasers still in the market willing to buy.

In the past the market was governed much more by seasonal periods and whilst this is still relevant it’s less of a factor these days. The activity is not confined to buyers, as we are still receiving valuation requests from sellers who anticipate selling their property in the New Year. Some of these sellers have decided to pre-empt this by making the decision to get on with things now.

This continuing supply of Sellers and Buyers is encouraging, as it indicates an underlying trend. We anticipate a solid and busy start to the New Year.
