The Thistleblower

Welcome to the latest edition of 'The Thistleblower’

There is no doubt that there is an improving level of confidence in the market. Demand from buyers has increased and from a slow start the Government’s ‘Help To Buy Scheme’ has gathered pace over the last few months.

Lack of property coming to the market coupled with increased demand has seen values improve but this varies from property to property, road to road and area to area, as well as boosting demand in the rental sector.

Accurate advice and valuations are still key as specific market conditions for different areas and sectors of the market still influence buyer demand.

On a general note it can’t be denied market conditions have improved; sellers who may have held off concerned about their ability to sell, can be more decisive and make that move confident a buyer can be secured.
