February has been a month full of enthusiasm for the housing market, from sellers and buyers.
Fervour from buyers wishing to secure a property in the run up to Spring is at extremely high levels with both first time buyers and movers registering their details on a daily basis. There is also great confidence from sellers whose homes are achieving sales at the desired price.
