The Thistleblower

Welcome to the last Thistleblower of 2015.

As the year draws to an end, it feels appropriate to say thank you to all our clients for the confidence they have placed in us and my colleagues, for all their hard work in representing our clients to the best of their ability.

Our Land Department has built an enviable pipeline, but at the same time have been frustrated by delays on planning consents and construction starts, which has meant that many new homes that were planned to complete this year, will now be pushed into 2016.

Our Lettings & Management Department has continued to grow steadily with the emphasis on quality and service.  As far as we are concerned there are no shortcuts to achieving this but as a result of our growth in this sector we are now recruiting to enable the current team to cover the area more effectively.

The residential offices of the company have all undergone major refurbishment as we recognised that this was overdue.  We have received some great feedback from present and past clients which underpins our belief there is a role for the high street Estate Agency office.

Lastly, may I take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
