Welcome to this month's edition of the Thistleblower.
It’s a popular misconception that this time of year is quieter than say, the spring. However, I have always found that the autumn and winter are busy periods and based on our October results this has proven to be the case yet again.
We might not see quite as many buyers, but the ones that are in the market are serious. As most buyers conduct their search online, the mistake could be made that if you are not experiencing demand there isn’t any. The reverse is the case. Anytime we have marketed a property either new to the market or with an adjusted accurate price, the enquiries occur quickly. The simple fact is that there is still a shortage of property available, although as mentioned in previous editions, accuracy is required when pricing.
Demand for new homes also remains strong and we will be posting news of some new developments we have been appointed to sell for 2016 in the next edition.
