As we look towards the incoming autumn months, it provides time to reflect on 2015.
Farnborough has prospered in 2015 and not just in the property sector. Our area has welcomed major blue chip companies, new high street stores have opened following the rejuvenation of the main town centre and also we have seen the arrival of a new multi-screen cinema complex. Next year will see a major chain of hotels, which is currently under construction, open its doors. This just reaffirms that coupled with Farnborough’s excellent commuter links and exceptional schools, it is a place where people want to live and work.
The property market has continued to grow in strength with prices rising above the national average. With confidence in the economy buyers are keen to purchase a home, whether that is for a first-time buyer, investment buyer or quite simply people looking to step up the property ladder.
Buyers have been missing out on properties due to houses and apartments selling within a matter of days, not weeks and as such, there has never been a better time to buy and sell your home with Mackenzie Smith.
Jon Lacey, Branch Manager, Farnborough.
