Welcome to our latest newsletter,
We have been incredibly busy with valuation appointments on properties of all shapes and sizes recently.
The number of these properties actually coming straight to the market is still relatively low and not enough to meet demand.
Although demand is high and stock is tight, buyers are better informed than ever; doing lots or research on property prices and their affordable price range before considering viewing, so pricing a property accurately is essential to generate interest as there are less buyers around willing to pay ‘over the odds’.
The mortgage market remains competitive and continues to attract people keen to buy-to-let or buy to occupy.
The time between accepting an offer and moving home is now longer (roughly 4 months+) so if you are hoping to move home this year we would urge you to contact us for a valuation and market appraisal at your earliest convenience so you can make your decision sooner rather than later.
Tenant demand continues to be strong so we are seeking new landlords and rental property for our waiting list of tenants, particularly in proximity to road and rail links.
Contact us now to take advantage of the active pre-summer holiday property market.
Kind Regards
Graham Tufnell, Branch Manager, Fleet
