The Thistleblower

Welcome to the latest edition of the Thistleblower.

It’s not our policy to comment on political matters, but we do feel that a result of the decision taken by the electorate, the property market should enjoy continued stability.

Whether the fact that this process is now behind us enables more property to come to the market remains to be seen.

I can say that my colleagues who are selling and letting property throughout the area all confirm that the market for both sale and letting of property remains strong.

We have also completed our integration of the Fine & Country (Fleet and North Hampshire) brand into the Mackenzie Smith business as well as completing our brand refit of our Fleet property showroom. We are due to start our Hook office refurbishment shortly which will complete the upgrading of all our branches. The decision to invest in this area of the business underlining our belief in the importance of providing high street representation for our clients.

Best Wishes
