Property sales are pushing ahead in the run-up to the election despite a continuing lack of new property stock coming to the market.
Many sellers are taking advantage of the shortage of supply to secure strong, but not overly ambitious prices from the many able and willing buyers.
Over the past few weeks, we have secured buyers for many homes in an exceptionally short time frame and would urge those who are serious about moving to contact us.
The lettings market is decidedly less affected by the coming election as tenancies expire throughout the year so there is always a strong demand for family homes, executive apartments and character property.
