The Thistleblower

Welcome to our latest edition,

As we anticipate to the clocks going forward one hour this Sunday, the brighter evenings have begun to lift spirits and this is being reflected by increased activity in the local housing market.

Property has been selling quickly, our accurate valuation advice and sale strategy paying dividends for our clients. The lettings department has also witnessed an uplift in demand so we are now in need of more property both to sell and let.

New Homes have also been selling well with only one plot left at Cresley Drive, the last few at Evergreen Copse (Open House event comings soon), plots available at The Croft and one of the last few plots released at The Convent.

I hope you enjoy reading our updates on the local property marketplace, feature properties, and events.
