The Thistleblower

Welcome to the latest edition of The Thistleblower.

Confidence in the market continues to improve. This is a result of a number of factors including better press, government schemes to kick start demand and a recognition that there is stability in values.

I also feel that people understand that whilst no one is forecasting major increases in prices they don't see a risk of values falling. This is underpinned by an increase in investment purchases this year.

Having said that our research shows values up for New Homes by about 5 - 7% against the same period last year. This is a result of a continuing shortage in supply of property coming to the market.
