We have been pleased to see positive signs that decisions deferred are now being made by both vendors and buyers.
This is really good news as this was causing problems particularly in relation to the supply of available property. This has a knock on affect as would be sellers are also buyers.
Other good news is that our Land Department is a continued success with a number of new homes currently on the market and more sites due for release during the course of 2015.
