Good News for Buyers!!
The key announcement of long needed reforms to Stamp Duty rates are, in the main, being welcomed by most people in the industry.
As we enter the last few weeks of the year this latest news can only help as it means lower costs for most buyers in this area. What we now need is more property to sell as buyers are still in the market demonstrating confidence by reserving property and exchanging contracts.
It’s understandable that sellers want to hold off given the time of year but if your reason is that you think the market’s quiet then talk to us – we’ll have the buyer for your home.
See our article on the Stamp Duty reforms but please do contact any of branches if you need more information.
