Welcome to the Thistleblower,
This time of year has always proved to be a very busy time for Mackenzie Smith.
There is something about the mid – September to November period that really focuses peoples mind on making decisions that have been deferred due to holidays or just because….
October in particular has always been a strong month for sales of property with a convergence of sellers who adopt a realistic approach and buyers who want to ‘clear the decks’ before the new year. October has often delivered our strongest selling month of the year and I don’t see why this should be any different this year. We are enjoying the benefits of a relatively strong economy and a settled market still requiring more supply of property. The market has eased back from the slightly crazy levels of the beginning of the year which is no bad thing.
If you are selling, letting or just need some advice we will be very pleased to hear from you.
Ed Mackenzie Smith
