The Thistleblower

Welcome to the latest Thistleblower,

While there is news from the capital that the sky-rocketing property market may be beginning to see natural correction to a more healthy steady pace, in the North Hampshire and Surrey border area where we sell and let property we are continuing to observe strong prices as demand remains high.

When speaking to Mortgage Adviser Andrew Fagg last week he commented that regardless of some public concerns about the impact the Mortgage Market Review he is still arranging mortgages as usual and despite a few extra questions from mortgage providers business carries on. Public perception may be worse than the reality based on our experience so far.

So we continue with the status quo, with multiple buyers registered with us for every property we have for sale and a thirst from buyers for property across the area. If you are thinking of selling or letting a property please contact us.

Best Wishes
