The Thistleblower

Welcome to the latest Thistleblower,

As the area comes into bloom and we head towards Easter the challenges of meeting demand for property continues.

Today RICS comments hit the headlines as they announced the British property market has, over the first three months of this year, recorded the highest level of sales in over six years but the lack of homes for sale is a major concern and they highlight the need for more.

This buoyant market, full of confidence, is apparent to us as we are selling and letting many properties we take on in a matter of days of them becoming available; fuelled by the chronic shortage of available property prices are strengthening in this desirable area as mortgage availability and low interest rates stay favourable.

Much needed new homes which are coming to the market are being snapped up quickly with all 4 apartments released at the launch of the exclusive refurbishment of The Convent, being reserved during the weekend.

Applicants for property to let and buy are exceeding available property so if you are considering selling your property please contact us and we would be happy to advise you.
