The Thistleblower

Welcome to this week's edition of The Thistleblower.

As September came to an end, we've been able to reflect on what was a superb month across the board. We've seen successes at each of our branches, with a new homes site at Hook being completely sold off plan. Fleet saw two sales on Ancells Farm within a week, along with many other sales agreed. Some astonishing homes are currently available to let with our Lettings Department, including The Chapel House, featured below, along with some stunning homes from our Hartley Wintney branch. Farnborough had one of their most successful months to date, a testament to the continued hard work from our dedicated team there and Ash Vale brought several new homes, including The Gables, to the market, introduced by our skilled Land Department. A fantastic month with great team work across our branch network, not to mention the introduction of our brand new Yateley office, which not only celebrated its first month but agreed sales as well. A promising start.

When it comes to the local housing market, we've noticed a steady rise in property sales and enquiries across the board, a trend often seen with the return to schools and daily routines and hopefully a promising indication of what's to come.
