So here we are, a brand new month, the sun's shining and perhaps, just maybe, we might have a proper summer this year (wishful thinking I'm sure).
It might just be the weather, but there seems to be a spring in our step having come out of great month of sales, new homes on the market, lettings and generally a really productive few weeks. Considering the upcoming election, bank holidays and school holidays, we have remained consistently busy, showing that people still need to move.
With informed lettings advice, buyer incentives and some great new homes on the market, hopefully there might be something in this week's newsletter that might inspire a summer move.
