Welcome to this week's edition of The Thistleblower.
It's been an exciting couple of weeks here at Mackenzie Smith as we continue to see the spring sales blossom. We have also been fortunate to be involved with a number of varied new homes sites, including a new launch from Taylor Wimpey, Pembroke Manor in Hook, which was introduced to the market on Friday.
As April is National Home Improvement month, we have put together some advice blogs with contributions from experts in the field, along with a market comment from our Lettings Director, Michael Clarke.
As this is our last Thistleblower before the Easter break, please be aware that we will be closed for all upcoming Bank Holidays, including Good Friday and Easter Monday.
With a wealth of advice and market insights, hopefully you'll find something useful in this week's featured articles.
