The Thistleblower

With confidence growing throughout the economy generally, the increasing feel good factor has without doubt in part been led by the number of buyers returning to the house market and seeking to move before the end of the year.

As a result we are experiencing an unprecedented demand for homes throughout our office network and in particular noticing that both local buyers and those seeking to relocate from the likes of London are willing to pay a premium to secure the right home.

Whilst there will always be those who cast doubt on whether this momentum can be maintained I am of the opinion that providing both the correct marketing strategy and pricing policy are recommended when placing a property on the market there is absolutely no reason why sustainable growth will not be maintained.

Having seen many changes in the housing market over the last 30 years the one factor that has remained consistent is that buyers always gravitate to the those houses that are presented and priced accordingly, irrespective of what might be going on elsewhere.
