The Thistleblower: 25th Anniversary edition

Welcome to this week's edition of The Thistleblower.

Since our last edition we've celebrated our 25th anniversary. Some of our clients will remember our early years and I'm proud that we have represented many individuals and families on several occasions over the years.

I'd like to say a special thank you to three developers who trusted us when we first opened in February 1992, namely Mr Colin Brooks of Bewley Homes, The Grant family of Martin Grant and Graham Cowdery of Ashridge Homes, who despite the fact that we were only weeks old entrusted my company to handle the sale of their developments in Fleet.

There are, of course, many private home owners who did the same and I thank them for this. At the end of the day, we must always respect that every client has a choice, it is our responsibility to deliver on that by providing outstanding customer service.

Despite all the changes that the industry and society have seen since our launch, our firm and staff remain true to our belief of being professional estate agents.

As I see it, this means accurate advice, quality marketing, skillful negotiation, all backed up by hard work for the clients we represent and deliver for on a consistent basis. There are no short cuts to doing this job properly and thoroughly.

On a final note, a big thank you to all our staff, past and present, who have helped us to get where we are today.
