If you're thinking of moving, our advice is to get your property on the market as soon as possible to ensure you're in a proceedable position when your dream home becomes available; with so many buyers in the market, demand is exceeding supply, so you'll want to be in the best position to make an offer, particularly with the seasonal surge on the horizon.
