We've updated our covid guidelines and advice on our website but in essence, the current government guidance is as follows:

Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings. Lockdown update from our Chairman
Following last night’s announcement of the new lockdown, effective immediately, we wanted to reassure you of our plans. The government has confirmed that house moves can go ahead, and the housing market will remain open throughout the lockdown period.
Renters and homeowners can still move and view.
Removal firms and estate agents can stay open.
Construction sites can continue.
Tradespeople can enter homes.
