The Thistleblower

Welcome to this week's edition of The Thistleblower.

I’m delighted to say that we have everyone back from furlough and the company is full steam ahead.
So much so we’re making arrangements to open our new Aldershot branch as soon as possible. We’re excited about this new branch as we see huge potential in the town. Large parts of the old military town have and are being redeveloped and the town itself will be undergoing some big changes in the years ahead. Compared to the neighbouring towns of Guildford and Farnham, property is great value and offers first-time buyers and those looking to make a trade up to a larger property a real chance to step into the market and make that move.

I would not normally use this particular platform to talk about recruitment, but this time I’ll make an exception. We are hiring right now and will consider candidates either leaving school, graduating from university, or those considering a career change. You don’t need experience, just a great attitude, ambition, and the ability to deliver outstanding service levels to every customer we deal with. We’ll provide the mentoring and training, and a properly thought through career path.

I’m biased, but I can say you couldn’t pick a better company than ours to become a professional Estate Agent, our blog below includes some less-biased thoughts from some of our team.

Market comment from our MD

It’s hard to believe that as a profession, we were able to re-open for business just 11 weeks ago, as the time seems to have passed in the blink of an eye.
To suggest that things are back to normal certainly isn’t the case, given that we now need to contend with the likes of face-masks, gloves, bucket loads of sanitizer, and screens on desks to protect both ourselves our customers.
