The Thistleblower

Welcome to this week's edition of The Thistleblower.

The local property market continues to react positively to the recent stamp duty announcement resulting not only in our busiest month for sales but also for new property listings, with a 37% increase vs July 2019. This demonstrates that sellers, as well as buyers, are taking advantage of the considerable savings available.

We are looking forward to opening our Aldershot branch (located in Victoria Rd) this summer, to help more sellers and buyers achieve their moving goals. However, until we do, our dedicated Aldershot team is hard at work in our Ash Vale branch to support our Aldershot clients, with several properties sold and let this month alone. If you live in the Aldershot area and are looking for a professional estate agent to represent you in the sale or letting of your home, do get in touch.
