here.Since we were able to open on 13th May, there's certainly been high demand from quality buyers, which hopefully you'll have seen in our blogs and social media posts, however, looking at today’s statistics we've noticed the following trend from buyers over the last 3 weeks...
Week 1: 100%, Week 2: 115%, Week 3: 129%
These are the conversion rates from registered buyers to viewings, showing that people aren't simply 'window shopping', they're actively looking for a new home - with a level of urgency!
