It's been so lovely to see the return to school for many of our local children, we're really looking forward to seeing our High Streets begin to open up again in, hopefully, just a few weeks' time.
Since the last Thistleblower, we've noticed the market really gaining momentum. Buyers and sellers are clearly motivated by the Stamp Duty Holiday extension, and from a lettings perspective, there are simply not enough properties available to meet demand, so if you are thinking of letting, do get in touch.
