The Thistleblower

Welcome to this week’s edition of the Thistleblower.

Today marks the unofficial start of autumn, with the Autumn Equinox marking a transition to the new season.

A new season brings a new chapter to the year; whether that’s back into routine or quite possibly the start of something new. With children heading back to school, or perhaps off to University, and summer sun seekers retiring back to the comfort of a warm home, autumn poses a prime opportunity for getting your home valued and considering a move.

A new season has certainly brought about some change here at Mackenzie Smith, as personally I have recently joined the team, whilst my colleague Steve Tetlow, who has been in the business for over 35 years, has been recently positioned as our new Sales Director.

Before joining Mackenzie Smith, my knowledge of the housing market was restricted to what I had heard in the news, however, the knowledge of our expert team has brought to light the true reality that the North Hampshire housing market is absolutely thriving. Hopefully you'll find some new advice, ideas and knowledge in our newsletter which will offer you a different opinion to what you may be hearing from the media.

With a new line-up we’re approaching this new season with enthusiasm and expertise and look forward to what autumn has to offer.
