The Land and New Homes Department has been busy in 2016 and I am delighted to report that many of our client’s residential development sites have secured planning permission in recent months, resulting in what can only be described as very happy customers.
The Land and New Homes Department is always ready to represent land owners, to secure them a successful sale; whether planning permission has already been granted, they are looking for a developer to attain planning permission on their land before purchase, or indeed, an unconditional purchase.
