When is the best time to sell your home? The time is upon us.
Based on several factors including typically higher buyer activity, the average time to sell a property, the weather, school admissions deadlines and the Christmas countdown; September is the key month in the latter part of the year to get your property on the market.
Letting property is less seasonal with renters moving throughout the year, that said, we are witnessing a shortage of rental property coming to the market and properties are letting quickly as demand remains consistently strong.
We have the pleasure of receiving many very complimentary reviews from our clients and would invite you, if considering a move to a new property or to a new agent, to take these reviews into consideration when deciding who you would like to manage your sale or let.
Please contact us if we can be of any assistance
