We're in danger of sounding like a broken record, but when it comes to demand for local property, it simply is not slowing down, and there are now twice as many people looking for homes as there are properties available for sale, and lettings is even more so. If you are considering selling, but are waiting for a property to become available, our advice remains that you should market your property as early as possible, by doing so you are putting yourself in the best position when your dream home becomes available.

A recent report from Rightmove has highlighted that this is the best ever Spring market for sellers as prices hit a new record.
It is perfectly normal to see price rises in the property market in Spring, but there has been another new price record, as the average property price coming to market has jumped 1.7% in March (+£5,760), creating an average UK price of £354,464, it’s the first time this has exceeded the £350,000 mark.
This is the largest price rise in March since 2004 and pushes the annual rise to 10.4%.
