Given that it's election day, I wanted to personally introduce this week's Thistleblower, the final one of the year.
The market is always subject to challenges, whether that’s politics or economics. So for my colleagues, my message is ‘it is what it is’ and we should continue to simply get on with doing our job; representing our clients, to the best of our abilities.
As a company founded in 1992, we’ve seen all sorts of markets and individual challenges. Personally, I started in agency in 1972, so I really have seen a wide variety of different markets. One thing I do know, is that good people will always do well - whatever the market conditions.
The reason we continue to be successful is due to the quality of the people here at Mackenzie Smith, who work as a team for each individual client. Technology is important, but it’s people that really make the difference.
So, whatever the outcome tonight, we look forward to representing our present and future clients in 2020.
