Since the last edition, we've had word from Rightmove of more records being broken, which gives us a real understanding of the incredible demand for property, both for sale and to let in the local area. This demand is likely to continue with the introduction of the 95% mortgage scheme, which you can find out about in the blog below.
With bank holiday on Monday, our branches will be closed for the day, but remain open as usual otherwise.
